How Tend Works
Your House - Your Choice
If a covered item breaks, call the service provider of YOUR CHOICE.
Have the Item Fixed
Have your chosen repair service fix the covered item. Once the repairs are complete, submit the paper work to Tend for evaluation.
Get Paid
Tend will reimburse the lower of the repair cost or replacement cost capped at the incident limit less the claim fee you elect at enrollment.
Does Coverage Start Right Away?
Yes, for any new home purchase. For existing homes a 30 day waiting period applies before you are eligible to file claims.
